Balboa is a swing era dance originating in Southern California in the 1920s & 1930s. Known for it's close embrace and intricate footwork, it is often referred to as the dancer's dance.

Collegiate Shag is an eye-catching dance known for its energetic, joyful and gliding style. This swing-era dance originates from the American South during the 1930's and 1940's where it was wildly popular among young college students, hence the name 'Collegiate' Shag.

The most popular swing-era dance. Originating in the Harlem African American community, this partnered dance style combines upbeat tempo, improvisational moves, and distinctive syncopated rhythm.

Rock ‘n Roll dance is a 6-beat partner dance, traditionally associated with a 4/4 beat found in 1950’s Rock ‘n Roll music.
